満月の日は、「心の豊かさ」に気づく日です。水の瞑想を行なってひと月のご自分を振り返ります。聖マリア（コズミックマザー）から送られる愛の水をハートで感じてください。
私たちは体内水70％の水の存在です。地球の陸と海の比率も３：７。宇宙が創造した美しいハーモニーとシンクロのエネルギーを持っています。
